The eufyMake E1 is a desktop UV printer that prints full colour with raised texture up to 5 mm, on a 330 x 420 mm bed, for 2,109 dollars without ink. Published reviews praise the easy setup and the print quality, and warn about ink use, fumes and the limits of its height. Planet 3DP hasn’t tested one, so this roundup sets what reviewers found beside what eufyMake itself says.

The eufyMake E1 also has its own Black Friday schedule, published by eufyMake, which we list below. If you’re still deciding whether you need a UV printer at all, start with our UV printers page.

What published reviews found

CGMagazine scored it 9 out of 10 in April 2026. Its reviewer said eufyMake sent a wide range of accessories and materials for testing, and found that “the initial setup for the E1 UV was incredibly simple”, with the phone app guiding leveling and the first print. A larger print took around 30 to 40 minutes on standard settings and an hour or more on high quality. The reviewer warned that it goes through ink quickly, white ink especially, that canvas jobs can leave the bed messy, and preferred the Windows app to the phone for placing prints. The verdict: not for casual dabblers, but a strong step for makers ready to push their work.

Fauxhammer found the setup easy and flat colour prints very good, and liked it for stickers, textured graphics and small batch merch. Its limits were height and handling: accuracy held to about 3 mm of depth change, objects over about 60 to 70 mm tall triggered errors, thin plastic plates could curl, and the rotary attachment misread diameters with no camera preview. It also said the printer needs ventilation for resin fumes, gloves for maintenance, and about 73 cm of bench depth.

Both reviews tested a single unit in spring 2026, and Fauxhammer described the software as still in beta, so treat the faults as things to check, not settled facts.

What the E1 costs to run

eufyMake’s flat print examples from its ink kit page, checked October 27, 2026, for reference only. The raised texture figure is Fauxhammer’s, from its review.
JobSizeInk used
Key chain (eufyMake example)60 x 60 mm0.37 ml
Phone case (eufyMake example)82 x 166.73 mm1.10 ml
Fridge magnet (eufyMake example)50 x 50 mm2.00 ml
Canvas (eufyMake example)250 x 180 mm3.32 ml
Raised profile test sheet on PLA (Fauxhammer)One sheet30.34 ml

This is the part to budget for. The printer price is without ink. eufyMake’s ink and cleaning kit holds 600 ml of CMYK+W+G ink and a 380 ml cleaning cartridge, and the cartridge collects waste ink. The ink keeps for 12 months and the cleaner for 18, counted from production, so buy for the next few months, not the year. Raised texture uses far more ink than flat printing.

We don’t print an ink price because none is in our tracker yet, and reviewers quoted different figures. Check the kit on eufyMake’s store before you buy.

What we don’t know yet

  • How it holds up over a year of regular use. The published reviews are spring 2026 tests.
  • How much the cleaning cartridge costs per month at your print volume.
  • The exact UV blocking figure. eufyMake’s page gives both more than 98% and over 90% in different places.
  • How it prints for Nick. He hasn’t had one on the bench.

Who should buy the eufyMake E1?

Buy it if you want to personalise gifts, phone cases, signs and small batch merch with texture you can feel, and you have a ventilated spot for it. Buying in eufyMake’s November window can take a few hundred dollars off.

Skip it if you mainly want tall 3D shapes, because a regular 3D printer is cheaper for height, as Fauxhammer also noted. Our best 3D printers guide covers those. If you want fabric printing too, look at the xTool O1 Omni.
